Matik is featuring Edale autonomous Label printing, SEI Laser True digital label finishing, Melzer smart label/tag/ticket converting and Kelva web cleaning at its booth at Labelexpo Americas.

SEI Laser Labelmasters offer production with no dies, on-the-fly job changes, high speed, high quality laser cutting, kiss-cutting and marking. Additionally, features such as cutting individual labels, spot varnish and counted finished labels are being demonstrated live during the show.

Matik is also showcasing Edale’s AiiR autonomous flexo printing technology, with the EFX digital finishing bar (digital high-build varnish, cold foil, peel’n reveal, and digital screen white and variable printing). Automatic finishing (auto-slit and auto die unload-loading) for the highest level of narrow web press automation has also been available for viewing.

Melzer’s technology includes smart converting solutions for RFID, NFC and IOT conversion of labels, tags and tickets with precision and 100% inspection/ejection technology. Kelva’s offerings include contact and non-contact web cleaning solutions for any application—labels, film, corrugated, folding carton, non-woven and more.
